Billbies & Co was founded in 2022 by Will and Ciara, a young enthusiastic couple with a passion for authentic street food flavours. Like most good ideas, it all started with a conversation in the local pub and since then, they have gone to cater for events all over Hertfordshire and build an extensive list of corporate clients.
